Data Deletion

MeridianGrid customers can request deletion of their account data, connected credentials, integration metadata, or customer data processed through MeridianGrid.
How To Request Deletion
To request deletion, contact integrations@meridiangrid.io from the email address associated with your MeridianGrid account. Please include the workspace, connected account, or integration you want deleted.
What Happens Next
We will review the request, verify account ownership when needed, and delete or disconnect the requested data where legally and operationally permitted. Some records may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, security records, or where retention is required by law.
Third-Party Platforms
If you connected a third-party service, you may also revoke MeridianGrid's access directly from that service's account or app settings.
